“When we initially started looking into sleep training our son we were pretty skeptical. We had tried a few times in the past and ended up resorting to contact naps, lots of night wake-ups and nursing back to sleep. Once we hit the 8 month sleep regression it all went downhill. We were dealing with wake-ups every 2-3 hours at night and fighting naps for almost four months! Jada came in at the perfect time and was so amazing to work with. Within 2 nights our son was putting himself to sleep within 15 minutes and sleeping 10-12 hours with one short nursing session in the early morning hours. Now, after two weeks, he rarely wakes for that night feed! He now puts himself to sleep for naps and will sleep for a 60-80 minutes on his own. I’m confident that as he adjusts, those naps will extend just like at night! Jada was so helpful and was always readily available for any questions or concerns we had throughout this process! I would highly recommend her to anyone who may be struggling with their little one’s sleep!”
